All that is necessary is a computer running Windows, simply unzip (uncompress) the file into a sub-directory and run the application FANCALC.exe. Please note that there is no warranty or guarantees implied or expressed and you use this software at your own risk.  Fan Calc is meant to give you a good estimate of what to expect and basically a "what if" tool that is meant to point you in the right direction.
