Privacy Policy Shipping Charges

Any personal information which you give us will only be used and seen by us or by the shipping companies and credit card companies we use.  We don't sell or transfer any of your personal information outside the purpose of shipping or processing your payment information.

 

We do not store your credit card information on our web store.

 

Cookies are used to identify you when you place an order, these only contain your name, shipping information and items you choose to order.

 We currently use USPS & FedEx to ship all our products in the USA.
  • Shipping is always FREE in the USA
  • Including Hawaii & Alaska

Depending on the size and weight of the package, we will use either USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground.

We expect to have our international shipping up and running very soon.
Out of Stock & Wait List
 Payment Methods we Accept
  Rather than simply list a product "OUT OF STOCK" we use a "Wait List" system.  Our web store is dynamic and directly connected to our inventory system.  When an item is listed as "IN STOCK" it is actually in stock.  Items listed "Wait List" mean they are either out of stock or someone else currently on our web store has the last item in their shopping cart.

Our web store automatically sends an email to you if you provided us with your email address on the "Wait List" as soon as we replenish our inventory.

 We accept the following forms of electronic payments:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Paypal

We do not offer COD, payment on terms or other forms of payment other than those listed above.

All payments must be made in US dollars (USD).
 
  Returns Price Changes
  We are a small two person operation, as a result we don't have any complicated return policies.

If you are unhappy with anything you purchased for any reason, give us a call at 800-775-4672 and just let us know the following:

  • Your full name.
  • The order number.
  • When you will be shipping it back to us.

Provided you return the items in question in the original condition, we will take it back and refund you in FULL (no restocking fees) for the entire purchase price with no questions asked. 

 

 We reserve the right to change prices without notice, generally prices are reduced on products we sell over time, but on rare occasions they do go up. 

Many of our products are imported from Europe or Asia and as a result there are changes in the exchange rates we pay and shipping costs that result in changes on our sales price.
